Day 1
Arrival – Transfer Dabulla or Habarana
- Arrive at Colombo International Airport
- We will receive you at the arrival lounge of Colombo International Airport
- Meet Tour Executive and will introduce your private chauffer. Brief about the tour and discuss all other important things about operating of your holiday in Sri Lanka.
- Start your honeymoon tour in Sri Lanka.
- Drive towards Habarana or Dambulla area. (3 Hrs)
- Check-in to your first hotel of the honeymoon trip.
- No excursions or sightseeing scheduled for today after long flight
- Check-in / relax / unwind

Day 2
Explore Sigiriya Fortress/Minneriya National Park
- After leisure breakfast, will proceed to explore Sigiriya Rock Fortress (UNESCO World Heritage). This will take approximately 2 Hrs and back to hotel.
- Leave for Minneriya National Park by 2.00 PM and enjoy the game drive from 3 to 6 PM
- Back to resort before dusk.
- Overnight stay in Dambulla / Habarana
Minneriya National Park
Home to an extraordinary diversity of wildlife and the place where you can witness large Elephnat gathering. There are nine species of amphibians, 24 species of mammals, 25 species of reptiles, 26 species of fish (three of which are endangered), 75 species of butterflies and 160 species of birds.
Sigiriya Rock Fortress (World Heritage)
This “Fortified Well Planned “city fortress on Sigiriya rock in 477 AD standing at the foot of the rock today it seems a staggering achievement but a palace and complex of gardens were constructed on the 3-acre summit and for 18 years served as a royal citadel.

Day 3
Habarana Village Tour / Transfer to Kandy
- Hot air balloon ride in Dam bulla. Wake-up 6.00 AM and prepare for take-off with hot balloon. This activity is only available from October to April each year.
- Enjoy a leisure breakfast. Check-out from Dam bulla resort and leave for Habarana Village tour.
- This village tour consists of catamaran boat ride / bullock cart ride etc and will take 3 Hrs. Enjoy the authentic Sri Lankan local meal.
- Optional visits to Dam bulla Cave Temple (UNESCO World Heritage).
- Leave for Kandy.
- En-route visits how Sri Lankan spices are grown. Technical visit to spice garden.
- En-route visit Batik Factory and see how Batik fabrics are made.
- Reach Kandy and check-in

Day 4
Kandy - Elephant Orphanage – Kandy - Sightseeing
- Visit to Elephant Orphanage Pinnawala (1.5 Hrs journey from Kandy & recommended excursion)
- Back to Kandy approximately by 12.00 Noon
- Spend good time in Royal Botanic Gardens Kandy
- Kandy sightseeing city tour
- Back to hotel
- Evening visit Sacred Tooth Relic Temple
- Cultural show in Kandy (Daily at 5.30 PM)
Elephant Orphanage Pinnawala
is an orphanage, nursery and captive breeding ground for Asian elephants. Pinnawalla is having the largest herd of captive elephants (Elephas Maximum Maximum) in the world, The orphanage was originally formed to protect elephant who wounded / abounded in jungles and one of the best activity of family adventure holidays in sri lanka
Royal Botanical Garden Kandy
(Recommended activity during your Sri Lanka family holiday) - First conceived as a Queen's pleasure garden in the 14th century and a Kandyan Prince's residence in the 18th century the gardens were formally opened under their current guise in 1821. Walking around these tranquil, immaculately-designed lawns, borders, pavilions and plant houses.

Day 5
Train Ride to Nuwara Eliya (Subject to seats availability)
- Check-out from Kandy hotel and leave for Nuwara Eliya
- Train ride from Kandy to Nanu-Oya Station (Close to Nuwara Eliya) (Subject to seat availability and reservation must be completed one month prior to the train journey)
- Or we travel on a car to Nuwara Eliya and visit Tea Factory en-root
- Leisure afternoon

Day 6
Tea Factory and Plantation - Drive: Approximately 45Min( 15Km)
- Optional visit to Horton Plains National Park. Note – This is 7 KM walk on un-even steps through misty cool climate and you may witness World’s End / Bakers Falls & many other nature attractions. Recommended excursion. (Make sure that you are healthy enough to walk 7 Km in 10-15 C temperature. )
- Nuwara Eliya Sightseeing / Spend good time at the Gregory’s Lake Nuwara Eliya
- Nuwara Eliya - is a town in the central highlands of Sri Lanka with a picturesque landscape and temperate climate. It is located at an altitude of 1,868 m (6,128 ft) and is considered to be the most important location for Tea production in Sri Lanka. This city was initially developed by British as their holiday center during British colonial period and still Nuwara Eliya looks like a little England. Most of the buildings are typically British.

Day 7
Transfer to Bentota VIA Kithulgala..
- Today we travel our beach hotel located in Bentota. This will be a 5 Hrs journey
- Optional white water rafting in Kitulgala. This is an interesting adventure and consult your travel executive and stay one more night in Kitulgala (Recommended if you wish to do the adventurous activity)
- Reach Bentota hotel and check-in after long journey

Day 8
Leisure on the Beach Hotel ..
- Optional visit to Galle Dutch Fort (UNESCO World Heritage) (1 Hr journey from Bentota)
- Enjoy water sport activity in Bentota
- Expirince a yacht sailing in southern coast.
- Madu River Boat Safari
- Hikkaduwa marine national park safari

Colombo sightseeing / Departure ..
- Check-out from Bentota beach hotel and leave for Colombo (2 Hrs journey)
- Sightseeing city tour in Colombo and witness important monuments in Colombo, The commercial capital of Sri Lanka (1 – 2 Hrs)
- Leave for Colombo International Airport according to your flight time
